Who had the greatest influence in your life and why?
Both of my parents have had the greatest influence on my life. My mom taught me the importance of being genuine and thoughtful in order to build meaningful, lasting relationships with others. My dad taught me the value of hard work and respect, qualities that I believe are essential in every aspect of life. Together, they have helped shape the person I am today and the values I strive to uphold.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
"A negative mind will never give you a positive life” I believe the human brain is our greatest superpower. Because of this, it is important to maintain a healthy and positive mindset. The way we think influences our actions, decisions, and overall outlook on life. By focusing on positivity and taking care of our mental well-being, we can create a happier and more fulfilling life.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Some of my favorite activities include golfing, hiking, cooking, gardening, and watching television. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, but I also appreciate relaxing indoors and enjoying quality time with the people closest to me.
Biography
Joey is a recent graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he earned a degree in Finance and participated in various clubs and intramural sports. During his time in college, he completed two internships, one with Northern Purchase LLC and another with New Horizons Wealth Management. In addition, Joey gained valuable work experience as a server in the restaurant industry and as a laborer/contractor’s helper with his family’s business, Lucarello Construction. Each of these experiences provided unique lessons and opportunities for growth, helping to shape the person and professional he is today.
